Returns & Refunds

Since all Kirsten McFarlan Designs items are custom or personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of custom and personalized products, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
